Bradley George Dillon

Our beloved boy, Bradley George Dillon was born on May 18, 2001 to Brandy Boyd and Bruce Dillon. Brad entered Heaven's Gate on October 19, 2020, met by the Lord Jesus; his father, Bruce Dillon; his Gran, Angela Callison; his grandfather, Claude Dillon; and his grandfather, Ricky Boyd; and many, many other family members. He was also preceded by his great -grandparents, Robert and Velma Callison; great-grandmother, Iva Boyd; and great-uncle, Michael Callison. Brad is survived by his mother, Brandy and step-father, Terry Wheeler; his brother, Zac Dillon; sister, Whitney Boyd and children; and his step-sisters, Brie and Reagan; his nephew, Ayden and mother Allie; great-grandfather, Patrick " Pops" Boyd; his grandmother, Jan Dillon; and Grand-Dad, Dwight Humphrey. Bradley has a large and devoted family with uncle Joe and Erica Neves and their children; great-aunt, Jean Callison; great-uncles, Larry Sanders, Bob and great aunt Debbie Callison and their children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren; great-aunt, Susan Callison and her stepson Ronnie Neves and Kayleigh Tomlinson and their son; his uncle, Terry and aunt, Rachel and sons; and aunt, Sheila Dillon and son; great-uncle, Duke Boyd and children; and aunt, Tracy Parson , who has loved and adored him since his birth. He leaves his special friends, Jadon Gandy, D.J. Gandy, Aaron Mills, John Thomas, and many, many other lifelong friends. Brad is loved and adored beyond measure by his mother and his family. He was the miracle grandchild and a special blessing for his family, and grandmothers, Angela Callison and Jan Dillon took special care to make sure that all things were possible when it came to Brad. His special great-grandfather, Patrick Bradley Boyd, his namesake, called " Pops" by Brad, loved and cared for him every day and every minute. Brandy is grateful to Ronnie Neves and what he meant to Bradley and what Bradley meant to him. Ronnie was so important to Bradley. Brad was an exuberant young man, with a zest for living every day to the fullest extent, and always with his big, beautiful smile. Brad saw the good in everyone. He liked to fish, to brag about his catches and loved having his own special fishing hole. He was generous, never met a stranger and loved being with his longtime friends. Bradley loved being with his family and friends where he could joke and laugh. He loved the holidays when everyone was together. Bradley ' s memory will always be cherished by his mom, Brandy. He was so important, and he was Brandy's world. She is comforted by the love and concern of the family, Bradley's friends, and her many friends. Brandy is also comforted with the knowledge that her Bradley is in Heaven with his Heavenly Father; his father, Bruce; his grandparents; and the other family members who are now together in Paradise. Brandy knows there are no tears in Heaven and that Bradley is happy and well, and in good hands. Brandy would like for Bradley' s legacy to be that of an exuberant, energetic, lovable, big hearted, generous young man, who loved his friends and family with all his heart. And, most of all, he was brave. Brad’s family will greet friends 6PM-8PM, Friday, October 23, 2020 at Cornerstone Funeral Home. A celebration of Brad’s life will be 10AM, Monday, October 26, 2020 at Timothy Baptist Church with Pastor Kelly Payne officiating. Interment will be at Memorial Park Cemetery.
