Christene Fuller

Nancy “Christene” Fuller 1944 – 2015 Nancy Christene (Moore) Fuller, 70, of Muskogee, Oklahoma went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, February 25th 2015, after her long battle with pulmonary fibrosis. Christene was born on July 13, 1944 in Muskogee, Oklahoma to Loyd Ray and Beatrice “Bea” Moore. She grew up on a dairy farm in South Muskogee County which was the home she loved since she was three years old. She attended Central High School in Muskogee graduating in 1962. She married Larry Glenn Fuller on September 26, 1964. Larry and Christene were happily married for over 50 years. Christene enjoyed being a housewife and raising her family. She was an active member of Keefeton Trinity Baptist Church for nearly 60 years where she taught Sunday school and Vacation Bible School. She enjoyed sewing, gardening, crafts, and raising kids. Most of all she loved spending time with her children, grandchildren, family, friends, and loved ones. Christene was preceded in death by her parents, Loyd and Bea Moore; father-in-law and mother-in-law, R.C. “Peck” and Edith Fuller, brother-in-laws, Danny Fuller, Harold “PeeWee” Fuller, and Jim Hollis; sister-in-laws, Paulette Moore and Glenda Fuller; a niece, Karen Sue Fuller; and a nephew, Devin Moore. Christene is survived by her husband of 50 years, Larry of the home; son, Darrell and wife Sharon of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma; daughter, Nancy King and husband Mike of Muskogee, Oklahoma; daughter, Sarah Huffman and husband Wes of Tulsa, Oklahoma; son, Ronnie of Yukon, Oklahoma; son, Jerry and wife Tralina of Las Vegas, Nevada; a very special sister, Deborah Moore of Countryside Estates of Warner, Oklahoma; grandchildren, Jacob Glenn Fuller, Hannah Louise Fuller, Sarah Christene Fuller, Elizabeth Lynna Seabolt, Ella Grace King, Jasmyn Fuller, and Jaydn Fuller; brothers, Gary Moore and wife Peggy of Muskogee, Oklahoma, Larry Moore and wife Patsy of Muskogee, Oklahoma and many nieces, nephews, other friends and family members. The family will receive friends Sunday, March 1st from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Cornerstone Funeral Home. Funeral services celebrating Christene’s life will be 2:00 PM, Monday March 2nd, 2015 at Keefeton Trinity Baptist Church, 10404 Hwy 64 South, Muskogee, Oklahoma with Pastor James Taylor and Rev. Cardell Coppin officiating. Interment will follow at McLain Cemetery with Robert Moore, Mark Harris, Mike King, Wes Huffman, Tuffy Fuller, and Jacob Fuller serving as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers will be Jerry Needham, Ricky Allen, Jerry “Cuz” Fuller, Rick Manley, and Frank Long.
