Faye Coppin

Faye Jean (Morgan) Coppin, 82, of Muskogee, Oklahoma, departed this life for her heavenly home on October 20, 2025. Born on January 7, 1942, in Muskogee, she was the cherished daughter of Fred “Tink” Morgan and Marjorie Eileen (Harris) Morgan. She graduated from Warner High School. On February 28, 1959, Faye married the love of her life, Lester Cardell Coppin, in Stigler, Oklahoma. Together, they shared 66 beautiful years of life, family, and marriage. Their enduring partnership was a testament to their commitment and love for each other and their family. Faye was a devoted follower of Christ and a faithful servant, honoring the Lord in every aspect of her life. She supported her husband in his ministry, taught Sunday School for many years, and sang joyfully in church. Her faith was evident in her actions and her unwavering commitment to serving others. Faye found joy in making a warm and welcoming home for her family. She enjoyed working in her flower beds, restoring old furniture, and creating beauty wherever she went. Her love for her family was at the heart of everything she did, and she delighted in spending time with those she cherished most. Faye was a secretary for Dr. J.C. Rogers and Dr. Kohli for many years and retired in 2013 from Muskogee Heart Center. Faye will be remembered for her loving spirit, her dedication to faith, and her selfless service to others. She touched the lives of many through her kindness, generosity, and unwavering devotion to her faith and family. Her memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her. Faye’s legacy of faith and love will continue to inspire all who were blessed to know her. She was preceded in death by her parents, Fred and Marjorie Morgan; and sister, Margaret Rogers. Faye is survived by her husband, Cardell Coppin; daughter, Melanie Collins; son, Morgan Coppin and wife Stephanie; grandson, Logan Collins and wife Andrea; granddaughters, Monica Astin and husband Brad, and Bailey Smith and husband Emmanuel; sister, Polly Hatcher and husband John; 9 great-grandchildren; and many other family members and friends. A celebration of Faye’s life will be 2PM, Wednesday, October 22, 2025 at Keefeton Free Will Baptist Church with Rev. Cardell Coppin officiating. Interment will follow at Agnew Cemetery with Morgan Coppin, Brighton Collins, Brad Astin, Dusty Rogers, Logan Collins and Steve Herriman serving as pallbearers.
