Frank Delmedico

Frank Delmedico, 87, of Tahlequah, Oklahoma, entered his Heavenly home on Monday, January 20, 2020. He was born October 17, 1932 in Fort Gibson, Oklahoma to Veto and Rose Delmedico. Frank attended Fort Gibson Public Schools from which he graduated and furthered his education at Muskogee Junior College. He proudly served his country as a member of the United States Army during the Korean War and received an honorable discharge. Frank married the love of his life, Fannie Lee Ellis on August 22, 1953. They shared more than 66 years of life and marriage together. Frank worked in the sheet metal industry over 55 years where he made many friends and customers. He owned and operated Eastern Sheet Metal beginning in 1971 until his retirement in 2013. Frank and Fannie were former members of Boston Avenue Baptist Church and have been members of Crescent Valley Baptist Church since 1964 where they both faithfully attended and served in many areas of the church. Frank was preceded in death by his parents; siblings, Stella Clay, Betty Phipps, and Vincent Delmedico; and daughter-in-law, Tammy Delmedico. He is survived by his wife, Fannie, of the home; sons, Jeff Delmedico, Tommy Delmedico and wife Angie, Tony Delmedico and wife Dee; siblings, Veto Delmedico and wife Linda, Rocketta Lewis and husband Boyd and Rosemary Wilhelm; grandchildren, Erica Neves and husband Joseph, Nick Delmedico and wife Andria, Jace Harris, Dane Delmedico and wife Natalie, Jayne Stonebarger, Hollie Neighbors and husband Josh, Andi Fugate and husband Chad, Tyler Delmedico and wife Katy; great-grandchildren, Joseph Neves II, Carter Delmedico, Easton Neves, Peyton Delmedico, Frankie Neighbors, Heston Fugate, Laurel Jayne Stonebarger, and Kip Neighbors; along with other family members and friends who will greatly miss him. The family will receive friends from 2-4PM, Sunday, January 26, 2020. Funeral services celebrating Frank’s life will be 10AM, Monday, January 27, 2020 at Crescent Valley Baptist Church with Rev. Chadd Pendergraft and Rev. Billy Parker officiating. Interment will follow at Fort Gibson National Cemetery with military honors being presented. Pallbearers will be Nick Delmedico, Dane Delmedico, Tyler Delmedico, Jace Harris, Chad Fugate, Joe Neves, and Josh Neighbors. Honorary pallbearers will be Erica Neves, Andi Fugate, Hollie Neighbors, Jayne Stonebarger, Andria Delmedico, Natalie Delmedico, and Katy Delmedico.
