Geraldine "Jeri" Leep

Geraldine “Jeri” Leep, 82, of Muskogee, Oklahoma, passed away peacefully on Thursday, June 26, 2025. Born to Walter Lee and Alice Pearl (Hutching) Holland in Tahlequah, Oklahoma, Jeri lived a life full of love, hard work, and dedication to her family and community. Jeri's career spanned various roles including positions at JCPenney, Morton Buildings, and the family tire business, Asquith. She retired from Grace Living Center where she worked diligently as a bookkeeper. On May 22, 1989, in Miami, Oklahoma, Jeri married the love of her life, Harold Floyd Leep, who preceded her in death on February 6, 2014. Together, they owned and operated Muskogee Speedway for many years, leaving a lasting legacy in their community. A devoted member of Southeast Baptist Church, Jeri's life was marked by her strong faith and commitment to those she loved. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Harold Floyd Leep; stepson, Harold Lloyd Leep; grandson, Jake Johnson; and sisters, Shirley Stone and Nadine Stevens. Jeri is survived by her children: sons, Mike Johnson and wife Nancy, Greg Johnson and wife Angela; daughters, Jennifer Campbell and husband John, and Alice Leep. She also leaves behind a legacy through her grandchildren: Jordan Johnson and wife Isabel, Kady Wahpepah and husband Josh, Luke Johnson, Tucker Johnson and wife Kelsie, Tessie Clark and husband Dondre, Cheyenne Hudson and husband Aaron, Aubrey Kelley and husband Kobe, Drew Johnson, Jake Hall and wife Hailee, Lloyd Leep and wife Britini, Jeff Leep and wife Maggie; as well as great-grandchildren: Jaxxon, Daisy, Goldie, Lola, Blakely, Bennett, Mason, Wrenlee, Trey, Jackson, Nora, Harlie, Reese, Liam, and Logan. Jeri is also survived by her brothers, Henry Holland and wife Norma, Dennis Holland and wife Jody, Jerry Leep and wife Judy, Leroy Leep and wife Lori; her beloved aunt, Wanda Hinds; and many nieces, nephews, friends, and her extended family at Pleasant Valley Healthcare Center. Jeri’s memory will forever be cherished by all who knew and loved her. She leaves a lasting impact on her community and family, embodying a spirit of kindness, dedication, and unwavering love. The family will greet friends from 1-3PM, Sunday, June 29, at Cornerstone Funeral Home. Jeri’s life will be celebrated at 2PM on Monday, June 30, 2025, at Southeast Baptist Church with Dr. Daniel Milligan officiating. Interment will follow at Holland Cemetery in Tahlequah. Her grandsons will honor her legacy by serving as pallbearers: Jordan Johnson, Jake Hall, Tucker Johnson, Aaron Hudson, Josh Wahpepah, and Dondre Clark.
