Jenean Lee Carver

On Friday, December 12, 2025 Jenean Lee (Weston) Carver, lovingly known as Granny or Granny Grunt, was surrounded by her loving family when she received her Heavenly Wings. Jenean fought her long health battle the same way she lived her life with strength, determination, humor and love. She was born in Joplin, Missouri on May 26, 1943, to Clyde and Ruby Weston. She grew up in Webb City, Missouri with her parents; brother, Larry; and her grandparents, Opal and James. She loved to have a good time and her passion as a teenager was drag racing in her 46 chevy on the streets of Webb City. Jenean graduated from Webb City High School and furthered her education with a cosmetology degree. Life took her in a different direction when she became an office manager and oversaw insurance billing in the medical field. Retiring from Surgical Services of Tulsa. Family time was the most important time for Jenean whether it was garage sales, Branson trips, or her favorite time of the year, Christmas. “Because everyone should be happy.” Greeting her in Heaven were her parents, Clyde and Ruby Weston; daughter, Julee McBride; very special aunt, Goldie Beezley; great-grandson Kyler; and brother, Larry Weston. Jenean is survived by her children, Jenniffer (John) Dillingham of Haskell, OK, Jerry Newby of Porter, OK, Renee (Clint) Hill of Oktaha, OK; bonus daughter, Susan Newby of Porter, OK; grandchildren, Brandon Beisly, Phillip (PJ) Beisly, Sara Dillingham (Sammy), Tara Dillingham (Dalton), Chrissy Berry, Jason Branham, Cody McBride (Kyndra), Caleb Marlow McBride, JD Beisly, Daniel Newby (Adriana), Derrick Newby (Haily), Devin Newby (Bri), Dylan Newby (Montana), Weston Hill (Heather), Levi Hill (Miss Jesse), and Jesse Lee Hill (Payton); great-grandchildren, Cadin (Tifani), Kenzie (Peyton), Fysher, Trapper, Riverlynn, Ryleigh, Kendall, Knoxton, Brooklin, Alexus (Jacob), Erin, Eli, Eagan, Lauren, Bear, Hawk, Kealey, Ceelyn, Wilder, Lucus, Emma, Jade, Paisley, Kolton, Hensley, Ryett, Ezra and Clementine; great-great-grandchildren, Eastyn, Kenzi, Lyla, Oakdyn and Brycelynn; niece, Emily Weston; and a host of extended family and friends. Blessed with 4 children, 16 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren, and 5 great-great-grandchildren. It was indeed a life full of blessings. Jenean always said, “To let people know how important they are to you even on the bad days”. A celebration of Jenean’s life will be 10AM, Saturday, December 20, 2025 at Cornerstone Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor James Williams officiating.
