Juanita Lee Jordan

Juanita Lee Jordan, 95 years old, was born August 13, 1930 in Shady Point, Oklahoma to Bennett and Addie Brooks. Jesus took our mother to her Heavenly home on Wednesday, January 28, 2026. She was an only child. Juanita moved to Muskogee in 1948 and was employed at Southwestern Bell as an operator. During this time, she met the love of her life, Chuck Jordan. They were married on September 3, 1949 at Braggs, Oklahoma. God blessed them with three daughters, Sandy, Suzie, and Jan. She was a very loving mother that made sure we always had everything we needed. Raising her family was her greatest joy. She enjoyed lots of hobbies with Chuck after his retirement; trail riding, square dancing, bowling, and playing dominoes. Through all of these activities, she made many friends. Juanita was a faithful member of Keefeton Trinity Southern Baptist Church. She is survived by her three daughters, Sandy Miller, Suzie (Rick) Henry, and Jan (Billy) Hughes; three grandchildren, Justin Miller, Nicole (Jason) Howard, and Brandi (Justin) Reid; great-grandchildren, Creedence Miller, Abbie Wilson, Rollins Howard, Keigan Reid, Rigby Reid, and Kelsey Hall; great-great-grandchildren, Ella Miller, Ivy Miller, and Rowen Wilson; along with numerous cousins, nephews, and nieces; and her special friends, Gwen Freeman, Margaret Kaiser, Patsy Fulton, and Mary Barrett. Juanita was preceded in death by her husband of 71 years, Chuck Jordan; her mother, Addie Jones; son-in-law, Johnny Miller; and grandson, Ryan Miller. The family will greet friends from 5-7PM, Thursday, February 5, 2026 at Cornerstone Funeral Home. Juanita’s life will be celebrated at 1PM, Friday, February 6, 2026 at Keefeton Trinity Southern Baptist Church with Rev. Cardell Coppin officiating. Interment will follow at Greenhill Cemetery in Muskogee. Pallbearers will be Jason Howard, Justin Reid, Rollins Howard, Rigby Reid, Cody Hughes, and Keigan Reid. Honorary pallbearers will be Gordon Butzirus, Justin Miller, Kenneth Moton, Rowdy Back, Creedence Miller, and Dudley Boydstun. The family would like to express a sincere “Thank You” to Cosette Lewis, Jenny Herd, Shonika and Gwen Breedlove along with the staff of Seasons Hospice for their excellent care of Juanita.
