Virginia Lee Tutt

Virginia Lee Tutt entered Heaven’s gates on Tuesday, June 8, 2021 at the age of 82. She was born January 16, 1939 in Vian, Oklahoma to Manual Lawrence and Lorraine (Anderson) Thomas. Virginia enjoyed so many things in life such as cooking, gardening, sewing, traveling, horse races, fishing and her family / friends / loved ones. She was one of the neighborhood Mothers to all children with so many still calling her Mamma Tutt now. She loved children everywhere. She never had a bad word to say about anyone. Everyone loved her that knew her, and she loved all. Raising 5 children she taught them all to serve God, pray, worship God, and always treat everyone kindly. She believed in developing a personal relationship with God for every one of her children. Her Bible was worn out when the children were grown as she applied to her teachings daily. She raised the children and then got her health and life insurance license which she retired from after 20 years. She was such a life force for anyone who got the joy of knowing her. She was the best mother, sister, daughter, aunt, friend, grandmother, great-grandmother, and life instructor. She will be dearly missed forever. She was preceded in death by her parents, Manual and Lorraine Thomas; siblings, Manuel (Butch) Thomas, William “Bill” Henry Thomas, infant sister, Mary Thomas; grandchild, Jimmy Luke Sheridan; son-in-law, Tommy Bebee; daughter-in-law, Susan Weisser. Virginia is survived by her brother, Tommy Thomas; children, Michael Dale Sheridan and wife Lisa, Jimmy Lee Tutt, David Edward Tutt, Sheri Kay Scripter and husband Marvin, and Dawn Denise Tutt; grandchildren, Michael Sheridan and wife Amy, Kyle Sheridan and wife Jessica, Eric Sheridan, Ginny Nicole Bebee, Richard Jones and wife Taylor, Jacoub Shahin, Susan Duncan, and Crystal Allen; great-grandchildren, Kenadee Jones, Myles Jones, Jude Jones, Alexander Sergio, Alexis Sergio, Bryce Sheridan, Tristian Sheridan, Kyia Sheridan, Katelyn Sheridan, Landon Sheridan, Ryder Sheridan, Trey Gatzman, Gabi Gatzman, Jeri Kaye Ward, and Zachary Laster. Funeral services for Virginia will be 2PM, Monday, June 14, 2021 at Memorial Park Cemetery Mausoleum with Pastor Garry Guthrie officiating.
