Erik William Fleak

October 24, 1964 - February 1, 2022

Erik William Fleak, 57, of Muskogee, OK entered Heaven’s Gates on Tuesday, February 1, 2022. He was born on October 24, 1964 to Fred and Patricia Fleak in Muskogee, OK. He attended public school and graduated from Muskogee High School in 1982. He then furthered his education at Oklahoma State University where he attained his bachelor’s degree in December 1989. While attending OSU he joined the brotherhood of Lambda Chi Alpha where he felt he truly met his brothers for life. Erik was a civic minded man and was a member of The Muskogee Exchange Club for more than 20 years and had just recently became more actively involved again. He loved being a part of the Chili Cookoff and all that the club stood for. Motorcycles and ATVs were a hobby that Erik loved and was able to turn into a business later in his life. He created EF Offroad that he worked at and was truly passionate about. He married his best friend, Kimberly Ann Fleak on March 19, 1993 in Mounds, OK. They shared two children and nearly 29 years of marriage and memories together. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Fred W. Fleak Sr. and Aileene Fleak; maternal grandparents, Robert and Berthe Locke; mother, Patricia Ann (Locke) Fleak; and recently his father and business partner, Fred W. Fleak Jr. He is survived by his wife, Kimberly Fleak of the home; daughter, Karsten Fleak and fiancé Cole Landers both of Houston, TX; son, Connor Fleak of OKC, OK and girlfriend Mikayla Caldwell of Stillwater, OK; sister, Stefani Pierce and husband Aaron of Tulsa, OK; mother-in-law and father-in-law, DeNeil Rowland and husband Gene of Kiefer, OK; brother-in-law, Jake Rowland of Bixby, OK; nieces and nephews, Chloe Pierce, Libby, Case, and Parker Rowland; uncle, Jon Fleak of Tulsa. OK; uncle and aunt; Bob Locke and wife Sandy of Muskogee, OK; numerous beloved cousins, friends, and his Lambda Chi brothers. A celebration of Erik’s life will be 10AM, Saturday, February 5, 2022 at Timothy Baptist Church with Pastor Kelley Payne officiating. Interment will follow at Greenhill Cemetery. Serving as pallbearers will be Tom Askew, Bill Glover, Hayden McClenny, Robert Peterson, Chuck Woods, Scott Pryor, Brad Smythe, and Mark Wilkerson. Honorary pallbearers will include Tim Scott, Paul Wilson, Baron McMillan, Lync Smith, and John Rich.
