Janice Lynn Zwirtz Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Janice Lynn Zwirtz, 54, of Muskogee, Oklahoma passed away on March 6, 2021. She was born on July 26, 1966 to Gayle Pat Lee and Annabelle (Hunt) Lee in Sapulpa, Oklahoma. Janice moved from Sapulpa to Muskogee when she was a year old. She attended Hilldale Schools from kindergarten through 12th grade and then graduated. Janice worked in a convenience store and enjoyed putting smiles on people’s faces. She attended Connors State College where she obtained her Associates Degree in Computer Science. Her most treasured job of all was being a mother and grandmother. Janice’s favorite hobbies included collecting Harley Davidson memorabilia, traveling with her husband and her dog, Digi. She will be missed by everyone who knew and loved her. Janice was preceded in death by her parents, Gayle and Annabelle Lee; grandparents, Ruby and Eugene Lee; grandmother, Beulah Pickens; and best friend, Digi. She is survived by her husband, Donald Zwirtz of Muskogee, OK; children, Chris Whittle and wife Robin of Broken Arrow, OK, Brandon Stepp and wife Connie of Muskogee, OK, and Gala Zwirtz of Tahlequah, OK; mother-in-law, Regina Eatmon; stepmother, Patricia Lee; 8 grandchildren; aunt, Glenda Swart and husband Raymond; sisters, Gwen Watts and husband Mike, and Kelli Kirchner and husband Robin; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. A celebration of Janice’s life will be2PM, Thursday, March 11, 2021 at Beggs Cemetery with Rev. Mike Hart officiating.
