Linda Sue Rozelle Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Linda Sue (Oman) Rozelle, 84, of Muskogee, OK passed away on Friday, March 25, 2022. She was born on February 28, 1938 to Clyde and Grace (Gibbs) Oman in Muskogee, OK. She attended and graduated from public school. After graduating she became a licensed practical nurse who worked for many local doctors for several years. She married the love of her life, James Albert Rozelle on August 27, 1955 in Muskogee, OK. They shared 67 years of marriage and memories together until his passing. Linda enjoyed going camping, reading, quilting, crafting, going to yard sales, shopping, gardening, and taking care of her chickens, but most of all spending time with her grandchildren. She was an exceptional sister, wife, mother, grandmother, and friend. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her. She was preceded by her husband, James Rozelle; parents, Clyde and Grace Oman; brothers, John Charles Oman, James Paul Oman, David Lynn Oman, William “Bill” Allen Oman Sr., Steve Michael Oman, and Clyde Oscar Oman Jr.; sisters, Rosemary Oman and Patsy June (Oman) Davis. She is survived by her sister, Karen (Oman) Duke of Muskogee, OK; brother, Jerry Oman of Muskogee, Ok; daughters, Grace Campbell and husband Carl, Pamela Jacquez and husband Ike, and Amy Wiedel and husband Gary; son, James A. Rozelle Jr.; granddaughters, Catherine Kissinger and husband Adam, Amanda Jacquez, and Leslie Basham and husband Tyler; grandsons, Joshua Jacquez, Gabriel Jacquez, Gideon Jacquez, Benjamin Jacquez; great-grandchildren, Sophie Kissinger, Paisley Basham, Aiden Kissinger, and Tucker Jacquez; a host of nieces, nephews, other family member and friends. A celebration of Linda’s life will be 11AM, Tuesday, March 29th, 2022 graveside at Greenhill Cemetery with Mr. Ike Jacquez officiating and Joshua Jacquez, Donald Petitt, Roger Swanson, and Richard Rozelle all serving as pallbearers.
