Mark Leslie Milligan

Mark Leslie Milligan, 56, of Muskogee, Oklahoma passed away on Tuesday, January 25, 2022. He was born on May 29, 1965 to Jerry Milligan and Minnie (McClaskey) Milligan in Dinuba, California. He was a high school graduate and later received his bachelor’s degree. Mark served in the United States Army as a military policeman Mark married the love of his life, Tracey Lynn Gillespie, on December 16, 1988 in Kansas City, Missouri. They shared 33 years of life, marriage, family and many memories together. He worked as a police officer at Van Buren Arkansas Police Department for many years. Mark also worked for the State Penitentiary, E470 Toll Road, for roadside assistance. He loved his family more than anything and enjoyed spending as much time as possible with them. Mark will be missed by everyone who knew and loved him. He was preceded in death by his father, Jerry Milligan; mother, Minnie Coleman-McClaskey; stepfather, J.C. Coleman; sisters, Karen Nixon and Pam Renner; and brother, Ricky Coleman. Mark is survived by his loving wife, Tracey of the home; daughter, Cheyenne Milligan of Broken Arrow, OK; son-in-law, Forrest Beadle; grandson, Sander Beadle both of Broken Arrow, OK; brothers, Jerry (Bubba) Milligan, Jr., James Buford Milligan, and Justin Wallace Milligan all of Marshfield, MO; sisters, J.J. Milligan and Karen Coleman; nieces and nephews, Miranda White of Alma, AR, Susan Shaffer of Chester, AR, Tara Prevett of Clinton, AR, Curtis Nixon of Alma, AR, David Nixon of Greenbrier, AR, John Nixon of Carlsbad, NM, and Shelby Nosier of Marshfield, MO; and many other family members and friends.
