Mary Diana Coppock

October 13, 1963 - December 21, 2021

Mary Diana Coppock, 58, of Muskogee, Oklahoma went to be with her Lord and Savior on Tuesday, December 21, 2021. She was born on October 13, 1963 to James Homer Coppock and Helen Elizabeth (Cullen) Coppock in Muskogee, Oklahoma. She attended St. Joseph Catholic School, Alice Robertson Jr. High and graduated from Muskogee High School, class of 1981. She attended OSU-Okmulgee and received her Associates Degree as Legal Secretary in 1983. Diana worked for the U.S. Attorney’s Office, then the Law Office of Wilcoxen and Wilcoxen before her retirement from Federal Public Defenders Office in 2015. She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church for many years. Diana was an avid reader. She was a huge supporter of OSU sports. She loved traveling and was always ready to pack a bag for the next big adventures. Diana loved her family very much and will be missed by everyone who knew and loved her. She was preceded in death by her father, James Coppock; sister, Debbie Hix; and nephew, Kevin Barth. Diana is survived by her son, Harley Heidelberg of Muskogee, OK; mother, Helen Coppock of Muskogee, OK; siblings, Teresa Martin of Broken Arrow, OK, Larry Coppock and wife Cathy of Claremore, OK, Janice Barth and husband Tom of Broken Arrow, OK, Tim Coppock of Broken Arrow, OK, and Gina Coppock and Mark Baker of Sallisaw, OK; nieces and nephews, Christie Tran, Melissa Martin, Brian Barth, Brad Martin, Brent Coppock, Alex Coppock, Michael Coppock, Jessica Colbert and Sean Coppock; and many other family members and friends. A celebration of Diana’s life will be 1PM, Tuesday, December 28, 2021 at St. Joseph Catholic Church with Celebrant Father Robert Dye officiating. Interment will follow at Greenhill Cemetery with Mark Allen, Alex Coppock, Brian Barth, Lawrence Gruel and Brent Coppock serving as pallbearers.
