Nancy Van Orden-Saul

Nancy Van Orden-Saul, 75, of Bristow, Oklahoma passed away Wednesday, January 19, 2022. She was born November 25, 1946 in Natick, Massachusetts to Robert Charles Van Orden and Barbara Joan Dowell. She graduated from public school in Massachusetts. Nancy worked for the Union of Operating Engineers in Muskogee from which she retired after many years of service. She married Jerry Wayne Saul on January 27, 1988 in Muskogee, Oklahoma. They shared almost 34 years of marriage and life together. Nancy raised and showed horses and won numerous awards. She was heavily involved in the Andalusian horse business and horse bloodline business. She was also a Democratic party volunteer. She was preceded in death by her mother, Barbara Joan Dowell; father, Robert Charles Van Orden; and her sister, Maurine Van Orden. Nancy is survived by her husband, Jerry Wayne Saul, of the home; stepdaughter, Kerry Elias of Bella Vista, AR; stepsons, Dale Saul of Fort Worth, TX and Daniel Saul of Locust Grove, GA; five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; brother, David Van Orden of Weymouth, MA; sister, Pamela Van Orden of Cupertino, CA; along with other family members and friends.
