Ricky "Rick" C. Powell

Ricky C. Powell, 67, of Muskogee, Oklahoma passed away Tuesday, April 26, 2022. He was born August 10, 1954 to Clyde Powell Jr and Barbara (Parker) Powell. He graduated from Muskogee High School in 1972. Rick was a proud US Army veteran. Later he went to barber school in Tulsa, Oklahoma and enjoyed being a barber for many years. He was preceded in death by his father and mother; grandparents, Clyde Powell Sr and Ada (Lemons) Powell, JB Parker and Cleo (Bailey) Parker; and brother-in-law, Jess Tolliver. Rick is survived by two sons, Joshua Powell and Cody Powell (Autumn); his grandchildren, Quinton Powell, Ulysses Parker and Madison Powell; sister, Pam Tolliver; along with other family members and friends. His sons and grandchildren were the loves of his life. Nothing could put a smile on his face more than a big hug from the grandkids. A family memorial service will be held at a later time.
