Fred M. Allie

Fredrick “Fred” Allie, 64, of Muskogee, Oklahoma entered Heaven’s gates Wednesday, April 27, 2016. He was born April 15, 1952 in Chicago, Illinois to Robert Frank Kamin and Martha Corrine Kamin. He attended public schools and graduated from Hillcrest High School in Country Club Hills, IL. He performed his carpentry apprenticeship at McNaulty Brothers in Chicago. Fred enjoyed working as a journeyman and carpenter and retired in 2006. He met and later married the love of his life, Nancy Sue Hogue on May 26, 1995 in Eureka Springs, Arkansas. They shared more than 20 years of life and marriage together. Fred loved to go shopping with Nancy, decorate for the holidays, cook, play with his dog, Gracie, and watch his grandchildren participate in school programs and sporting events. His hobbies included fishing, going to garage sales, riding bikes, and playing chess. He was a member of New Hope Assembly of God Church and participated in Celebrate Recovery in Muskogee and Tulsa. Fred was loved by many and will be greatly missed. He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Martha Corrine Kamin; in laws, James and Betty Hogue; niece, Stephanie Pennington; great niece, Courtney; and other family members. Fred is survived by his wife, Nancy of the home; sisters, Martha Kamin Pennington and husband Jimmy of Olney, IL, Annie Kamin Sourwine and husband Tim of Whitehall, PA; daughter, Laura McAllister and husband Ed; son, Fred Abhsie and wife Tina, all of Illinois; stepsons, Jeremiah Kendrick and wife Marsha of OKC, OK, Joshua Kendrick of Cushing, OK, and Jordan Kendrick and wife April Reynolds of Muskogee, OK; grandchildren, Rebecca, Christopher, Bethany, Sarah, Shelby, Mason, Megan, Eddie, Lexi, Taylor, Anthony, Morgan, Rhona, Adrian, Summer, Tristan, Karrisa, and Addie; sisters-in-law, Bridget Marotz and husband Gary of Austin, TX, Sherri Hogue and husband Mike Lindsey of Sallisaw, OK, brother-in-law, George Hogue of Midwest City, OK; nephews, Robert Pennington and James Pennington; nieces, Heather Pennington and Summer Pennington, all of Olney, IL; uncle-in-law, Billy Penix of Beaumont, CA; his beloved dog, Gracie Sue; many other family members and friends. A memorial service honoring Fred’s life will be at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, April 30, 2016 at Cornerstone Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor John Overton officiating. Honorary pallbearers will be Fredrick Abhsie, Jeremiah Kendrick, Joshua Kendrick, Jordan Kendrick, Chad Carlton, James Pennington, and Robert Pennington.
