Hank Laroy Glass Hank Laroy Glass, 40, Muskogee, died Wednesday, December 15, 2010 in Muskogee, Oklahoma. Hank was born December 15, 1970 in Tahlequah, Oklahoma to Henry and Marcella (Sells) Glass. While in High School, Hank was raised by Bill and Jenetta Smith of McClain, along with their children, Greg Smith, Shelly Hunnicutt, and Brian Smith. During High School, Hank was very active in football. He was the top running back and had the most tackles. He was a loving father, husband, brother, and friend. He always thought of others before himself. Hank had a very kind heart and would drop his own work to help others with their work. He was just a big teddy bear with a big heart and always had a big smile on his face. There was never a stranger in Hank’s life. He could talk to anyone. Hank loved all sports. He was very competitive and hated to lose. He still thought of himself as a kid and would get out and play paintball, football, soccer, and basketball. Hank and Vanessa loved garage selling and junking in the summer. That was their passion. Trust us if it said FREE he would take it no matter what it was. He never threw anything away. He loved the outdoors, but most of all he was an avid Deer Hunter, and was proud of the deer he killed. Hank would keep the deer legs and try to make something with them. Those who knew Hank knew he could tell you anything about the deer. He started watching ghost hunters and ever since then he has been trying to find ghost. He even recorded himself finding ghost, and always thought there was one in the house. Hank was always loud and thought of himself as a young adult. He always thought he could sing. One thing is Hank was a long hard worker. He could fix anything even if it was temporary. He had a favorite cat named Kitty and every time Hank got home from work they ate and took a nap. Their favorite was Flamin Hot Cheetos. Hank is preceded in death by his mother, Marcella Glass (Sells) and Father, Henry Glass and a sister, Sally Ann Glass. He is survived by his wife, Vanessa, and his children, of the home, Branson Glass and Hunter Glass; brothers, Duane Sells and wife Mary of Muskogee; Joey Glass and wife Sandra of Muskogee; Thompson Glass of Muskogee; and Devin Glass and wife Susan of Tahlequah; sisters, Carmelita McIntosh of Muskogee; Teri Parks and husband Rocky of Muskogee; Tina Glass of Tahlequah; and Lucinda Glass of Tulsa; his mother-in-law and father-in-law, Tom and Myrna Sanders of Muskogee; sister in law, Kristina Hight of Muskogee; nephew, Jimmy Hight and niece, Tyler Hight; grandmother in law, Oweta Allen; a very special Aunt and Uncle, Debby and Jerry Frazier; special nieces and nephews; and numerous friends. Funeral services will be today 2:00 P.M. Tuesday, December 21, 2010 at First Baptist Church in Muskogee with Chaplain Bill Crow officiating. Burial will follow at Greenhill Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Kenneth Knott, Michael Glass, Dusty Glass, Joey Dean Glass, Eddie Keefe, and Josh Giem. Memorial contributions may be made to Armstrong Bank 1111 W.
