Sheryl D. Hutchinson

Sheryl Armstrong Milligan was born in Muskogee, OK, on October 17th, 1952, to Geraldine and Willard Armstrong. She departed this world for Glory in her home, surrounded by loved ones, on April 18th, 2026, in Ft. Gibson, OK. “My twin sister is gone from this world, but she remains in our hearts with love and understanding; she’s quite the girl! Lots of love and memories of our lives; she beat me Home, to my surprise. Sheryl is happy now, no pain and suffering; she loved her people and she asked for nothing. She would want us rejoicing, happy and carrying on; that’s my twin sister, and she would want that all the day long. She is in all of our hearts, and her Spirit still lives, so let’s rejoice for Sis and move on. She gave all she could give. That’s my Twin Sister, she’s smiling down on us with joy and love; she’s always there, she just moved Above. I love you Sis, many people do; I’m glad you’re home Sis, we will see you soon.” Johnny Armstrong She was preceded in Glory by her parents, Geraldine and Willard Armstrong, and her beloved brother, Eulice Armstrong. Sheryl leaves to grieve her husband Ronnie Milligan, of the home; her children, Kevin Valmond Perry, Robert Dwayne Perry, and Amanda Perry; her beloved twin brother, Johnny, and his wife Barbie Armstrong; her precious grandchildren, Alaina Grace and her husband Xavier Davis, and their children Grace and Kingston; her father in law, Don Summerlin and a forever sister in law, Linda Perry Milton; her son, Ronald J and his wife Tiffany Milligan of Muskogee, OK, and their children, Lil Tiff, Maya, Wonk, Sydney and Anna; her daughter, Jeannie and her husband Ronnie Hobbs, their children Accalia, Charlie and Nick; her great-great-grandchildren, McKenzie, Amelia and Kingston Hobbs, and Leo, Lincoln, and James and Milligan; the music community, her precious nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, aunts, cousins, and friends that she made family will all miss her greatly. A family conducted memorial service will be at 10AM, Saturday, May 9, 2026 at Fort Gibson Mason Lodge, 207 S Lee St, Fort Gibson, OK, with Minister Billy Fowler and Chaplain Barbie Armstrong officiating. A jam will follow.
